RMA Policies

1. All warranties are based on original invoice date.
2. No RMA# will be issued without serial # and the correct invoices.
3. Any physical damage will void the warranty. All parts with permanent marks on it will be rejected.
4. Please do not send back accessories with the computer parts for replacement. MyAOpen.com will not be responsible for any lost accessories.
5. No refunds or credit will be issued after 15 days of purchase date.
6. Product open is not returnable for credit or refund. The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition.
7. There will be 19% restocking fee on parts returning for credit. All non-product related fees (shipping,transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable.
8. The RMA# will be valid for only 15 days. Shipments under expired RMA# will be refused on delivery.
9. RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
10. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
11. Please allow approximately four weeks for warranty service.
